I wanted to send a message that I think is important to your Holiness. He has helped me a great deal. I feel his presence and the Tibetan monks a lot here in the u.s. Big supporter.

How can I e-mail  a message that will get to him from here or through his staff. I
would like to send it using pgp if that is ok?

Have u tried psychics to locate the Panchen Lama. I get messages he is in a temple in Hong Kong from the holy spirit but then you'd have to figure out how to get him out.
